The Man Dip!

Last night was the kick off game for the 2012 NFL football season.  So, John Juan decided he wanted some dip to go with watching the game.  You know how when you go to the movies, you sometimes finish off the popcorn before the movie starts?  That's what happened last night.

However, I did not have Jalapeños on hand, so opted to sprinkle in 2 tsp of red-pepper in stead.

Brown the sausage, do not drain (yes, this is heart clogging, but it's once or twice a year? :) ), add the Ro Tel, pepper, and the cream cheese until the cheese is melted.  Serve warm with your chip of choice. :)

PS: This would be awesome with some bacon mixed with it.
